These terms govern your use of Vakiko at vakiko.app. Please read them before using the service.
Using Vakiko
By using Vakiko you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means beyond normal use.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.
Your content
You own the trip details and messages you provide. You give us permission to store and process them to operate Vakiko for you, including sending them to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.
Travel information is a guide
Vakiko generates itineraries with AI and cross-checks them against available data, but information such as flight times, opening hours, prices, visa and entry rules can be incomplete or change. Always confirm important details with the airline, accommodation, venue or official source before you book or travel. Vakiko does not book travel on your behalf.
Availability
We work to keep Vakiko available but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vakiko and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on generated itineraries, including missed travel, cancelled bookings or costs incurred.
Ending use
You can stop using Vakiko at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
